🍞 I Don't Buy Bread Anymore – The Easiest No-Knead, No-Egg Bread Recipe!
Introduction
Want freshly baked bread without all the fuss?
This simple no-knead bread recipe is inexpensive, light, and incredibly easy to make.
No kneading, no eggs, no butter—just mix, wait, and bake.
The result? A crispy crust and a soft, fragrant inside—just like from the bakery!
🥣 Ingredients (for one loaf)
- 500 g flour (wheat or whole wheat flour)
- 400 ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- Optional: seeds, kernels or herbs for extra flavour
Preparation
- Make the dough:
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add the water and stir with a spoon or spatula until the dough comes together.
The dough will be sticky—that's how it should be! Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap. - Resting time:
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 8–12 hours.
During this time, the yeast will do all the work and create airiness naturally. - Preheat oven:
Preheat the oven to 230°C and place a cast iron pan with a lid (or oven dish) in the oven to heat up. - Shaping:
Lightly flour a work surface. Scoop out the dough and gently shape it into a ball (do not knead!).For Complete Cooking STEPS Please Head On Over To Next Page Or Open button (>) and don’t forget to SHARE with your Facebook friends.
